1.      Must have graduated from an accredited school and current licensure in the state as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

2.  Must have current CPR certification

3.  Provide skilled physical services in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of an   Occupational Therapist.

4.  Enhance/increase the patient’s level of functional independence through use of appropriate functional activities.

5.  Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
