Know someone who would make a great addition to our team of Centurions? Our Centra Cash program rewards you for bringing your qualified friends and colleagues to Centra and filling healthcare jobs.

Here's how it works:

Fill out the form with you and your referral's information.
We make sure there aren't any duplicate referrals and we haven't spoken to the candidate within the past 90 days.
If we place your referral in an open position and they stay employed for 90 days, you'll earn $250-$500, depending upon their professional discipline.
Referrals must start employment with Centra within 120 days of your referral to receive the incentive.
You don't have to be actively working with Centra to refer someone.
