My name is Christina, and I’m a Respiratory Therapist from Rocky Hill, CT. I joined Centra in December 2022, and my daughter and I moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia. I love my travel assignment! I work at a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility where I immediately felt welcome and have met some amazing people. My daughter and I spend my days off going to the beach, walking our dogs and best of all, spending time with my mom who lives here! I also love visiting the Outer Banks in North Carolina and taking trips to Washington DC. My daughter is enjoying doing online school and has plans to travel to other locations with me. We were both nervous to leave our home in Connecticut and our friends and family, but we have enjoyed making new friends and seeing family we haven’t seen in a long time. We have also enjoyed the change in the weather!

Centra has given me the opportunity to make great money, have new experiences and see new places. My recruiter, Justin, is awesome. He always checks in on me and makes sure I am happy on my assignment. I look forward to my next adventure wherever that may be. I am so glad I made the decision to try out a traveling position. There’s so much out in this world to discover and working with Centra I know I will always have an opportunity to see new things.
