Hello! I’m Kylie.  I joined Centra Healthcare in April of 2010 as a Healthcare Recruiter handling the Northeast/Mid Atlantic Region.  Over the last 7 years I have recruited for perm placement as well as travel and local contracts, managed in both divisions, and now I am a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Temp Therapy Division.

What I like most about working for Centra is the family atmosphere and the excitement I have to get up and come to work every day.  Whether it’s our internal staff or our external employees out in the field, everyone is passionate about what they do.  I truly care about being able to match professionals up with their ideal jobs and building long term relationships with both my clients and employees.

My other favorite job is being a wife to my wonderful husband Lowell and a mom to my beautiful son, Crosby.  Crosby has taught me so much in such a short time about myself, my strength, and how lucky I am to be a mom. Centra has really afforded me the flexibility to balance both work and home life. In addition to my busy schedule, I specifically take time to focus on trying to find a Kidney for Lowell.   He has Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) and is now in kidney failure.  He has been on the transplant list for a year and a half, but we remain hopeful about finding a live donor match for him.  If anyone is interested in learning more about live kidney donation please reach out to me at 954-636-2525.
