I’m Lisa, and this is My Story
Internal Employee
Hi! My name is Lisa. I am the mother to two wonderful and crazy little boys (ages 10 & 4), I am engaged to be married to the man of my dreams, I have two cats, a supportive and loving family and I am also a proud member of the Centra Family! My journey at Centra began almost 2 years ago, as a Recruiting Assistant and today I am the Administrative Support Manager. My job entails many different important responsibilities; including: all of the administrative support and day to day operations including supervision of compliance, HR, payroll and most importantly, making sure our kitchen is stocked with snacks and coffee (I have to make sure our Centurions are energized and ready to find you a job!). My career is never boring and I am grateful to be challenged daily, providing opportunities to grow and learn. I enjoy getting to meet new people every day. I feel very fortunate to work with some of the best people I have ever met, not only in our Centra office in Florida, but also with our incredible therapists and nurses across the country.
There are a lot of things I like about working for Centra but there are two things I appreciate the most. The first is Gladiator Day! Once a month we dress up in costumes (with a new theme monthly) and compete for our “Gladiator Day Champions” golden trophy. It’s a day of friendly competition, hilarious costumes and lots of fun!
The second thing I appreciate, is who we are as a company. We live by our core values. We are passionate about what we do, we always strive to provide professional and amazing service, and we are honest and transparent about our work… because our integrity is priority. We all work extremely hard to embody these values in everything we do. It is who we are. These are just some of the reasons I am proud to be a Centurion!
