He began his recruiting career as a Locum Tenens recruiter, primarily staffing Cardiologists and Radiologists nationwide. At Centra, Nathan has found the transition to recruiting allied healthcare professionals to be very natural and personal, especially with his family member working currently as a Speech Language Pathologist. Nathan dives deep into understanding both his candidate's professional goals and his clients needs.
